About Cynthia F. O'Donnell
Coming from a long line of military veterans, she joined the United States Navy in February 2001. She attended Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida and Surface Warfare Officer School in Newport, Rhode Island. She served aboard USS Mahan (DDG-72) as the Strike Warfare Officer and later aboard USS Hue City (CG-66) as the Damage Control Assistant. Cynthia made two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In 2008, she graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with honors and moved to Honolulu, Hawaii to practice bankruptcy and business litigation at Case Lombardi.
After returning to Florida, Cynthia started her own firm in Mount Dora, Florida focused entirely on representing consumers struggling with debt, including mortgage foreclosures, automobile repossessions, federal and private student loans, medical debt, credit card debt, and bankruptcy.
Cynthia joined Stone & Gerken in April 2023 where she handles a wide variety of litigation matters for governmental entities, businesses, and individuals.
Cynthia F. O’Donnell was born and raised in the Florida panhandle. She graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Music.
