Work With Us
Open Positions
Commercial Law Associate (3 – 5 years of experience)
- Assist outside general counsel with entity formation, business structuring, employment law, acquisitions and dispositions
- Prior legal or relevant commercial experience preferred
Litigation Associate (entry level – 2 years of experience)
- Manage caseload of civil litigation matters
- Research and analyze case law and statutes to develop case strategies
- Prepare complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests and settlement agreements
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations and trials
- 3L students are encouraged to apply
Litigation Paralegal
- Support litigation attorneys throughout litigation process including preparing for trials, hearings and depositions
- Organize and maintain case files, ensure documents are filed in accordance with court rules
- Draft correspondence, manage case calendars
