Lewis was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, October 28, 1954; admitted to bar 1979, Florida; 1980, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; 1982, U.S. Supreme Court. Lewis is a certified circuit civil mediator, and in addition to his other areas of focus, maintains a substantial mediation practice.

Scott was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, but raised in Central Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Florida, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He practices extensively in real estate and business matters and maintains a significant municipal law practice in addition to his other practice areas.

Cynthia was born and raised in the panhandle of Florida. Between college and law school, Cynthia served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer onboard USS Mahan(DDG-72) and USS Hue City (CG-66) making two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. She was admitted to the Hawaii Bar 2008; U.S. District Court District of Hawaii 2008. Florida Bar 2017; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 2017. Cynthia provides litigation counsel to the firm’s government and corporate clients.

Jennifer Cotch is originally from New York’s Capital Region and moved to Central Florida to attend Stetson University. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked in both state and local governments, along with the private sector as a land use planner and paralegal. Jennifer has assisted clients with assessments and solutions of a variety of land use issues, including site plan development, community redevelopment planning, due diligence research, land development regulations, and comprehensive planning. Jennifer has represented clients in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors and re-positioning of projects throughout Central Florida, including planned development of regional impacts (DRI) and projects planned as sustainable communities. Jennifer was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2023 and offers counsel to a variety of real estate and local government matters.
